The maintenance department, headed by Robert Veale, an instrument controls specialist boasting over 35 years of experience, embarked on a quest for a user-friendly and efficientdischarge and feed solution. Their goal was to minimize manual intervention and seamlessly integrate it into their expansion project, which sought to boost the water treatment capacity by an additional 10 million gallons per day to accommodate the growing customer base and increasing system demands.
